When you use the Site, SÀWAI may collect personal data you provide to us when you send us a request for information via our Contact form, create an account on the candidate area of the Careers section of the site, or subscribe to our newsletters and press releases.

This data includes, as the case may be:

  • Your first and last name;

  • The name of your organization or company;

  • The subject of your request;

  • Your email address; and


You may also include personal data in the messages you write to clarify your request. In any event, you must not contain any personal data of third parties in these messages unless you have their written consent.

The information we need to respond to your requests is identified by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not fill in the corresponding fields, we will not answer your requests.



Based on your prior consent, your personal data is collected and processed by SÀWAI through the Site for the following purposes:

Managing your subscription to newsletters and press releases;

Handling your requests for information relating to our company and its activity.



The data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, in particular:

  • The data collected for managing your subscription to newsletters and press releases, processing your requests for information, and sending commercial prospecting messages will be kept for a maximum of 3 years from their collection or the last contact from you (for example, when you click on a hypertext link within a newsletter);

  • The data collected for managing your applications to our job offers or your unsolicited applications will be kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact on your part (for example, when you update your information on the site). However, if you are recruited at the end of your application, your data may be retained for the duration of your employment with SÀWAI.

These retention periods are without prejudice to the exercise of your rights detailed in Section 8 of this Policy.



Apart from SÀWAI, your data may be disclosed and/or processed by the following categories of recipients:

SÀWAI Group companies that may be affected by requests you transmit via the Site. Thus, when you apply for a job offer via the page, it is legitimate that your personal data be processed by SÀWAI and/or the Group subsidiary concerned by the job offer to which you have applied to evaluate your application and to communicate with you if necessary.

SÀWAI has implemented security and confidentiality measures at the Group level to ensure the protection of your data, regardless of the geographical location of the subsidiary of the Group receiving the data, whether it is located within the European Union or in another country of the world (see section 5 below).

SÀWAI may share your data with the following service providers, who are our subcontractors and who we use for the purposes described in section 3:

We may use external recruitment agencies to manage your applications for our job offers or your unsolicited applications.

All measures are taken to ensure a high level of security of the processing carried out on our behalf by these service providers. Our service providers process your data exclusively according to our instructions and may under no circumstances make any other use of it or disclose it to any other third party. In particular, service providers are not allowed to use your data for marketing purposes on their own behalf or on behalf of third parties.

Except as described above, SÀWAI may also share all or part of your data with a third party when:

You have given us your prior consent;

If we are required to do so by law, by a mandatory request from a public authority or in judicial proceedings;

If we sell or transfer all or part of our business or assets, for example, in connection with a merger or sale. Operations of this nature may legitimately involve prior audits by professionals and subject to implementing appropriate safeguards and security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the data they access. In the event of an effective transfer or transfer of our assets containing your personal data, we will implement information procedures to guarantee the exercise of the rights you have over your data.



In the context of the Site operation, no transfer of your personal data outside the European Union will be made, following the Data Protection Act.

Your personal data is exclusively hosted within the European Union, and we do not transfer any personal data about you outside the European Union.

However, in the context of applications received via the SÀWAI Website, data concerning you will be processed and applications transferred to the relevant branch, within the European Union or outside the European Union, under the conditions set out in Section 5 above.



SÀWAI takes all necessary measures to preserve the confidentiality and security of personal data processed by itself or on its behalf by third parties and prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

State-of-the-art technical and organizational security measures, in particular concerning information systems, have been introduced.

As part of your application to our job offers, entering a personal password is mandatory and is part of our privacy policy.

However, the Company does not control all risks related to the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of Internet users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and process.



You have the following rights:

  • The right to access your personal data free of charge, to request its correction, deletion, or portability;

  • The right to withdraw your consent for the future, for all or part of the processing concerned;

  • The right to object to the processing of your data or to request its limitation;

  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.


Important: We inform you that these addresses are exclusively dedicated to the management of your personal data. Any request for information on our recruitment policy or any unsolicited application via this address cannot be analyzed by our services. You are reminded that in case you exercise your rights of opposition, deletion, and/or limitation, SÀWAI will be required to delete and/or anonymize the data concerning you. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that SÀWAI may no longer be able to provide you with some or all of the services described on the Site.
